    From May 21st to July 6th 2025, the Annapolis Watercolor Club exhibited at Quiet Waters Park, presenting a vibrant collection of watercolor paintings inspired by the AWC's Golden Anniversary. Member artists explored painting with gold and golden color in landscapes, waterways, still life, portraits, and seasonal scenes. Set within this beloved historical space, the exhibit invited visitors to experience gold in watercolor. 

    Guest Judges

Jenny Cawood (Manager of Artistic Inquiry at the Mitchell Art Museum)- selected overall, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for AWC members and guest artists

Docents at the museum - selected two honorable mentions that best embodied Quiet Waters Park

Thomas Hempel (age 6) - selected the Children's Choice Award painting
