Trip/ Workshop Deadlines and Refund Policy

AWC Members and guests who have paid for the event but wish to cancel should contact the chairperson as soon as possible. A full refund will be given only if a replacement has been found.

Maryland Hall is part of the Anne Arundel School system. If night classes are cancelled due to weather, Our meeting at Maryland Hall would be cancelled also.

Notices Posted on the AWC site are limited to the following Guidelines:
Acceptable Guidelines
1. Exhibits that contain any dues-paid AWC members art
2. Art workshops, talks, demos given by dues-paid AWC members
3. Events in the immediate area of Annapolis, which are of interest to the artist, and non-profit in nature.
(Note: Fees to cover certain expenses, such as trips requiring "Bus fees," may be considered non-profit in nature."
4.Special art opportunities for members- such as art related employment.
5. Only material in electronic format, submitted via e-mail, CD, or DVD will be considered.
6. Submitters acknowledge that editing may be performed on any submission.
Unacceptable Guidelines
1.Workshops, or other for profit items by other than dues-paid AWC members
2.Notices unrelated to art or club members
3. "Bulletin Board" items- other than covered in the acceptable guidelines.
