2012 Exhibit Opportunities for AWC Members West Annapolis Artworks Show Su Anne Lasher informed me this week that she would like to keep the show at West Annapolis Artworks hanging for the rest of the month. The new show close date will be April 29. Please pick up your paintings by May 1. Our Annual Juried Show this year will be at the Annapolis Maritime Museum. Governed by their request, the show theme will be "Best of the Bay" and paintings must be of a Chesapeake Bay, Maritime theme..*. You may think about what this means to you and interpret it as such...Don't go too far afield please. Also Please read the AWC Show Standards here on the site. Note especially #3. Annual Juried Show for this particular show. Finally this is a Members only show. It is closed to outsiders. You may enter a maximum of 3 paintings on May 30, 2012... and you are guaranteed to have at least one hung in this show...( as long as it meets show standards). The drop off will be from 9am to 11am on May 30 and the paintings will be juried between 11am and 1pm. You must collect paintings that have not been accepted between 1pm and 3pm. There will be a reception for this show on June 6, 2012 from 6pm to 8pm. The show closes July 16, and you may collect your work that day between 9 and 11am. If you sell any of your work, the museum will take a 30% commission.
