Jane Halliwell Green

Jane Halliwell Green is a graduate of the Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, FL. She is a signature member of the Baltimore Watercolor Society and a member of the Annapolis Watercolor Club. She teaches at Anne Arundel Community College. She is also a nationally known fiber artist specializing in hand made rugs.
